I have just bought a rustic chest of draws and dressing table stool which has been delivered and also have ordered 3 double wardrobes and 2 mirrors which I am waiting for delivery. when ordering the last items I said that I do not need them to be delivered until about the middle of September and was told that was fine just phone with a date when ready to say what date. I have phoned and asked for the 20th September for delivery but told that I must wait till another week to phone yet again to ask for this date. now I have had an text to say they will deliver on the 13th not happy about this. also when ordering I did say I wanted to order a rustic computer desk but would do this when I phoned regards the delivery for the wardrobes to have them sent together I see now that although you say big clearance on items the computer desk is now much dearer than before when it was £399.99. I would have liked to order this but again how can you say clearance then it costs more. disappointed that now I cannot order this item at £399.99 and having so much of a problem with my delivery I would have expected a better service as I have spent a lot of money for the bedroom items and it would not be too much to ask for the computer desk at the £399.99. can you explain the problem with the delivery and the sudden price increase of the desk. will think of using another company for other furniture that I will be ordering soon

I would like to thank st Andrews Quay store for the brilliant service and quality of your products..we purchased 19 items the delivery drivers Jimmy mark Paul and James were extremely helpfull n friendly..not one damaged piece of furniture! Love it all ..thankyou

took delivery of new furniture today. very disappointed to see all the wooden beading holding glass in doors of display cabinet is all loose and hanging off. hope to hear from you ASAP to resolve this issue.

I was very satisfied with my ordering the TV stand and your procedure in purchasing and delivering the furniture. I have a small complaint. When the TV stand was taken out of the box and unwrapped I noticed that the left front corner tip is dented in and a little scratched. The box was in condition so I believe it had to happen before it was placed in the box. What is your procedure for this does someone have to look at it? My order number is 100002598 ordered on 12/4/2016 delivered on 1/12 2017

I am so pleased with my furniture delivered on Friday 12th Display cabinet,bookcase,sideboard,lamp table, beautifully made and extremely well packed so it arrived in perfect condition.Mat the salesman was very helpful when I placed my order with him and the delivery men were very pleasant and helpfull too.It was a really nice complete shopping experience from start to finish which is unusual in this day and age as quite often it can be very stressful, I would definitely recomend shopping at this furniture shop.

I was on holiday the week my mattress was to be delivered, 3weeks later I can\'t speak to anybody about delivery,I can\'t keep holding on to the phone (in a queue) when I am at work.
