I find that there is never enough staff working between 08:30 - 09:00 which seems to be the busiest time! I go to Greggs religiously every morning before work and at least 2-3 times during the week I will have to leave before getting served as there is only one member of staff working on the counter whilst the other members of staff are eating breakfast or doing something out the back. All it would take is 2-3 members of staff working on the counter during these peak times rather than having to wait 15-30mins for a sausage roll.
