The company offers customers Care Plans. With a care plan the company promises to fix the product
within 14 days or replace it. They also have an instant replacement plan for items costing less than 150
pounds. The service provides 3 years of protection and replaces broken products immediately.
Depending on the prices of the product the Care Plans range from just 10 pounds to 39 pounds.
Customers seem to be very please with Currys customer service. They report that the help in the stores
is pleasant. Also, interesting to note is that Currys management makes the effort to personally reply to
all complaints with an apology.
