Worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. Failed to deliver first 4 times, delivered half a bed on the 5th occasion, which then turned out to be smashed and covered in diamantes which was not as ordered.Now have final part of bed but no response as to what they are doing re breakages and STILL no buttons which I have to change myself. their response was \'you can do it or wait in another 5 days\'. Their customer service dept is totally shocking.They will never return calls, answer emails or chase anything. When you do speak to them, their attitude is totally terrible.Avoid this company at all costs.
