The part I ordered came within 3 days, however for such a little part it came in a big box and because I work I had to pick it up myself from the post office because it was too big for the letter box. Overall I would buy from this company again with no problem.

I wanted to buy a new remote control for my TV but was not sure which one to buy. I contacted your on-line help chat service and was immediately directed to a link to enable me to buy one. I opted for first class (next day) delivery as this was in the run-in to Christmas. The service was first rate throughout. Using the link was simplicity itself and delivery (despite my doubts) was spot on time. I couldn\'t ask for a better service.

My first (and I hope final) experience with 4ourhouse! Firstly, they never seem to answer any queries so you have to hope you\'ve got the right item then when it does arrive, full marks to their couriers here, and there was a problem .. 1 of the 3 ordered items was broken, exchanges of e-mails, not all answered/ replied to by them, phone calls and promises made but not kept! All in all, a frustrating experience which I\'ve no interest in repeating!
